Precision Independent Consulting is the practice of Rodrigo von Glehn, Founder and Principal Consultant. Over 24 years I have led planning, cost and controls for US$ 1bn+ data centre, power generation, pharma and industrial programmes across Europe—including the Nordics—the Middle East and the Americas, working across owner, EPC and EPCM organisations.
My signature strengths are mobilising project controls functions quickly, restoring baseline and forecast integrity, exposing procurement and long-lead risk, and linking schedule performance to commercial outcomes. Every engagement is hands-on and concludes with a structured handover to the client’s permanent organisation.
